The Principals
Adi Cohen
Adi Cohen is a former scholar at Tel Aviv University in the fields of English Literature and Classical History. In business, Cohen is an expert on high-risk securities and derivatives and has dealt extensively in venture capital investments since 1992.
Cohen takes an active role in several major stock markets around the world and engages in entertainment investments through financial packages and instruments for the film and television industry. He is also involved in seed investments of media and technology companies.
Cohen leads the philosophy and strategy of APX by expanding its global network and designing the intended autonomy of its monetary structure. Adi is a triathlon enthusiast. He resides between New York City and Central Europe.
Jordi Rediu
Jordi Rediu is a renowned and acclaimed producer, orbiting the film industry for over 30 years. He is the complete authority on physical production and European film and Television Tax Credit Programs and heads APX's Global Production Arm.
Rediu is the Founding Partner of the Academy of Cinema of Catalonia. Member of the Spanish Film Academy. Secretary of PAC, the association of producers of Catalonia. Representative of producers in the Federation of Producers of Spain. President of the Catalan Audiovisual Association of Independent Producers and Member of the Board of the Film Directors Association. Rediu is completely fluent in Catalan, Spanish, French, English, Swedish, and basic Italian and German.
Jordi Rediu has produced more than 38 feature films, TV-films and documentaries and has been awarded 62 various prizes in selected film festivals around the globe. He has also received over 135 nominations.
Augusto Pelliccia
Augusto Pelliccia studied photo-cinematographic processing techniques and was one of the founding designers and managers of the first Italian laboratory for the development and printing of color photos in one hour. He assembled one of the largest post-production facilities in Europe.
Augusto often collaborates with the Direction of the Pontifical Villas and Museums at the Vatican City State and has been entrusted with designing the database for the management of the photographic archive of the Vatican Museums and the Philatelic Numismatic Office of the Vatican City.
Augusto is currently the CEO of Augustus Color Roma, the only film development laboratory still in operation in Italy. He has supervised the executive production of significant international projects in Hollywood and with major US streamers. At APX, Augusto oversees European production activity and expansion as Executive Vice President.
Fabio Pinci
Fabio Pinci is an esteemed lawyer and litigator, qualified to practice before the Superior Courts in Italy and several other European countries. He is a world expert in the fields of corporate law, banking and securities, representing public and private companies before Judicial Offices throughout Europe.
Pinci has overseen the most significant disputes in banking and financial matters, precedent judgments of liabilities, and international intellectual property law. He is also an expert on financial derivatives, structured bonds, online trading, and securities.
Fabio is the provincial secretariat of Rome for SNALS (autonomous union of school workers) and has developed multidisciplinary expertise in tax law with representation before Tax Commissions at both provincial and regional level. As of 2021, Mr. Pinci serves as the Certified Consultant at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai. At APX, he heads the European legal department, serves on the acquisition committee of the Board of Directors, and oversees public market compliance in Europe.
Andrada Ilie
Attorney Andrada Ilie became a lawyer at a very young age — in 2018 she was the youngest lawyer in Italy. She oversees a private practice in Rome and in Perugia.
Andrada specialises in Italian civil and criminal law, and excels in commercial and cinema law. She has acquired vast experience in complex and multinational media productions and co-productions between Europe and the USA.
At APX, Andrada oversees the Tax Credit Strategy in Europe, with particular focus on Italy, and helps APX expand its reach by attracting media projects to European jurisdictions.
Nicholas Espinal
Nicholas Espinal consults institutional clients on fund-specific strategies to build and maintain wealth on-chain. As a successful equity derivatives and cryptocurrency trader, Espinal draws upon game theory and systems thinking to demystify complex market mechanics.
His background includes work at an industry-leading consulting firm, where he handled one of the largest cryptocurrency brokerages of its time. Espinal frequents the intersection of finance and philosophy — a poet and short story writer at heart — constantly seeking to actualize abstract theory into functional action.
Nicholas oversees APX's digital strategy and blockchain integration, supporting APX's global efforts to manage intellectual property, digital assets, foreign exchange, and acquisition synergy.

30+ year career advising on M&A, buy-out, and private equity in media and entertainment. Personally produced 20+ of 100+ motion picture projects. Based in China and Hong Kong 1997–2019, advising CFCC on Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and Shanghai Noon. Film, television, and theatrical producer and published author. Former Executive Vice President of Distribution & Marketing at Universal Pictures. Worked on 408+ theatrical releases including Oscar® winners, major franchise titles, and blockbusters. Advisor to Slated.com, the premier independent film finance platform.
Editor of the illustrious Disappearing World strand and founder of BBC Fine Cut (now Storyville). Directed the Emmy Award-winning Night Will Fall and co-directed Meeting Gorbachev alongside Werner Herzog. Professorial Research Associate at London University, SOAS. Founder and senior partner of Spring Films LTD, a distinguished member of The APX Group.
Extensive experience across television and media industry. Spent many years at Liberty Global in roles investing in and developing cable TV, broadband, and content businesses worldwide. Has advised numerous companies on strategy and development, including several in the production space. CEO of Spring Films LTD, a distinguished member of The APX Group.
Two-time Georgia State Certified Mediator with specialty in Hostage Negotiation. IRS Enrolled Agent and Global Compliance Fraud Specialist. Film packaging credits include Red Road (Jason Momoa) and RideAlong 2. Deep knowledge of the Georgia film industry and high-profile industry connections. Consults APX on film packaging and financial instruments enhancing APX's library and Georgia reach.
Strategic liaison between APX's corporate leadership and creative operations. BA in business management and accounting from BDO. Film producer with credits including Snails in the Rain (2013) and The Biggest Thing That Ever Hit Broadway: Redux (2017). Participates in all acquisition transactions and takes an active role in the creative slate with Producer and Executive Producer credits.

Qualified accountant with 15 years working with film production companies, studio operators, producers, and directors. Deep working knowledge of all aspects of film finance and taxation. Currently overseeing a Five-Year plan to develop APX's Iberian Peninsula Division into the largest physical and service park studios in Europe.
Emmy Award recipient, producer, entrepreneur, and investor. Co-founder of Vidiots / Switchblade Entertainment Group.
